Introduction
Thank you for your interest in the PADI Open Water Course. The ‘Professional Association Of Diving Instructors’ or PADI, is the largest and most well renowned diving organisation in the world, certifying more divers worldwide than all other organizations put together. The Open Water Course is your passport to the underwater world, full of excitement, adventure, mystery, and breathtaking scenery that cannot be found anywhere else.
Many people perceive learning to dive as difficult or even dangerous, this is far from the case. Diving is one of the safest sports around and with the professional tuition of our PADI instructors and Divemasters you will find learning to dive a fun and challenging experience, not difficult. By combining home-study with confined and open water diving you will develop a strong knowledge and skill base from which you can build your diving adventure. The Open Water Course enables you to dive anywhere in the world and see what many people can only dream about.
This course opens the door to new friendships, new adventures, and a lifestyle that can only be described as addictive and truly fulfilling. After becoming a Open Water Diver you can go on to learn about other types of diving such as deep, boat, and night diving, underwater photography and many more PADI diving specialities. You can even go on to the PADI Rescue Diver course which teaches you rescue skills and how to deal with emergencies if they ever arise.
No matter how restrictive your timetable, the PADI Open Water Course can be moulded to suit your needs to get you diving as soon as possible. The one thing we can guarantee is that scuba diving will keep you coming back for more time and time again, because no matter where and when you dive there is always something new and different to see. We hope to see you beneath the waves very soon.
Kindest Regards In Diving,
Nathan Green
